The Inbox

A document arrives in the Inbox with a card: the first page, a two-sentence summary in your language, and a proposed filing. Looks like an electricity bill from Stadtwerke München for August 2026, €84.20, due 15 September. Below it, the category it probably belongs to, the person or thing it is about, the document's date, up to three tags, and, if the paper is asking for something, a reminder as a ticked clause you can untick: "…and remind me to pay €84.20 by 15 September."

Accepting#

You confirm with one click, or change any part first. Nothing is filed until you accept it. The model proposes; a person decides. Accepting copies the proposal onto the document and records who accepted it and when. Accept all suggestions takes only the ones the model was confident about.

What the card does on its own#

• A category it proposes is always one of yours. It never invents a new one; at most it leaves a hint.
• Leaflets, newsletters and safety notices that arrive beside the bill are held back under Probably not paperwork: counted, one link away, deletable in bulk, never deleted silently.
• If no suggestion could be made, because you chose no model, or it refused, or it answered nonsense, the card collapses to the original and a plain form. Nothing crashes and nothing is half filled in.
• If a scan failed, the card says so and offers Retry.

After filing#

The document has a page of its own: every page as it arrived, beside the summary, tags, notes, versions, and a record of who changed what. Deleting a document moves it to Recently deleted, from where it can be restored.
